The first phase of buying your home is gathering your team. As your Realtor, I want to fully understand your needs and goals. I will tell you about how I work and the services I provide. If you don't have a lender, I am happy to recommend lenders. It is critical to have your finances in order before you begin the second phase of buying your home.
The second phase of selling your home involves preparing your home for visitors. We'll talk about making any necessary improvements, handling of any pets, and logistics of the listing stage. After you receive an offer from a buyer for your home, the negotiations begin. We will review the offer and then work out terms that are agreeable to both parties.
The third phase of selling your home includes working with several other parties to ensure all the contingencies and details of the contract are removed or met before settlement. Once we are through the contingencies and receive the buyer's "cleared to close" we go to settlement. You will sign a few documents, arrange for receipt of any proceeds, and move on to your next adventure.
